I have a question. Referring to the Terms of Use/EULA...
Seeing as these playing card assets are free (but the Icon Packs are not), does that mean these assets are allowed to be used in commercial games for free?
I also wonder about this for the Slot Machine and Coin Flip assets.
All of my assets follow the same terms, but if they don't require purchase (so if you received them for free like the playing cards or the slot machine), they're still allowed to be used for commercial purposes.
In simpler terms: as long as the pack was downloaded through itch.io by you, you can use it commercially. :D

These are just graphical assets so they can be used for any engine. :D

I have a doubt:

This one is completely free for commercial use! The part of the terms you copypasted is only for the RMMV RTP Replacement pack.

Hello: is there any way to please add the animated cards also? not for all 52 cards, just the different color background for blank face-card?
Hi! The animation is actually achieved in-engine by squashing the width of the card to zero, showing a new image and then expanding from zero to 100%. :>

Suggestion : Maybe add a joker card just in case somebody need it. Also commonly the king of heart have a sword in his head because there is a story behind it about some kind of suicide.
there is already a joker card.
There's a blank card, but no card with joker art.
